TJ joined Pharmazam in 2016 and is responsible for day to day operations, executing on Pharmazam’s business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide. He will be instrumental in bringing the company through its next phase of growth as it continues to redefine the medical management system space. He will focus on areas that include client-facing operating groups and be responsible for client delivery, customer support, user experience, business development, and acquisition integration.TJ has enjoyed a career of more than 30 years primarily focused on technology and the importance of how learning and development can foster a culture of positive performance within large enterprise organizations.

Prior to Pharmazam, he was the CLO of Alphanumeric Systems, a worldwide organization that provided customized learning outcomes to big pharma companies like GSK to meet organizational goals. Other positions include CEO and co-founder for start-up company Clear Care MD, which helped small business owners acquire an affordable healthcare solution, as well as VP of Business Development for Intelladon which created state of the art solutions for many large organizations including UPS. TJ also worked with Element K which provided enterprise-learning solutions for companies such as AAA, Jabil Circuit, Tech Data, Hard Rock Café, Darden Restaurants, and the PGA. TJ has volunteered as the Director of Special Events for the Special Olympics. He is also a veteran having served in the United States Air Force.
